Bryan Waltimer
Physical therapy assistant
Bryan grew up in PA, was a college athlete, and went to school for Physical Therapist Assistant at Central Pennsylvania College in 2009. Has more than 14 years of experience in orthopedic practice while developing advanced skills in manual therapy and functional strength training. Received mentorship in both CFMT (Certified Functional Manual Therapy®) and ballet/dance rehabilitation.
He has extensive experience in orthopedic and manual specialties through CFMT, craniosacral therapy, cranial TMJ and upper cervical specialist, vagus nerve work, and functional personal trainer.
Core Values
As a college athlete, he experienced firsthand how frequent injuries can hold you back and discovered that simply playing without proper body mechanics, strength, and stability leads to continued injuries. That turning point sparked his lifelong curiosity about body mechanics and his passion for helping others engage in the activities they love with freedom, ease, and resilience.
“Stay active and live outdoors”
Here at Ability Allies, Bryan does orthopedic, sports, manual work, cranial, head, neck, TMJ, postural, and functional personal training.
He would like to help patients by addressing and treating the root cause of issues by taking a whole-body approach to injury prevention, pain management, and performance.
Bryan likes working here because managers give free snacks that always seem to go missing when he’s working, and the job flexibility.
Outside of work, Bryan is also a ski instructor and backcountry skier in the winter and spends summers paddleboarding, boating, and hiking. As well, he is a competitive racquetball player, slalom skier, and baseball player.
