Build your career in Seacoast.

We're a family-owned physical and occupational therapy practice looking for a full-time therapist who shares our values: dependable, people-oriented, and passionate about getting real results for patients. New grads and student interns are welcome.

01Position Overview

A full-time Physical or Occupational Therapist.

We're a growth-minded practice with a big vision, one that includes your career goals too. Our team values having fun, building lasting relationships with patients, and delivering the highest quality of care. You'll work with a diverse group of patients, from athletes to seniors, with ongoing access to training, mentorship, and the latest equipment.

We're looking for someone who loves working with patients, enjoys solving hard problems, and is comfortable both working independently and collaborating with the team. If you're dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you.

02What We're Looking For

Requirements & rewards.

01

Requirements

A full-time licensed physical or occupational therapist in New Hampshire. Prior clinical experience is preferred but not required, we welcome new grads. You'll treat a wide variety of patients, so comfort working across age groups matters. Strong patient engagement skills and a team-first mindset are a must.

02

Rewards

A competitive base salary, bonus structure, and full benefits package, built so you don't need a second job. Flexible full-time or part-time scheduling. Structured mentorship and unlimited continuing education units, plus a team that genuinely has your back.

03Student Internships

New grads and students, welcome.

Beyond our full-time opening, we offer student internships for those starting a career in physical or occupational therapy. Interns get hands-on experience alongside our team, exposure to current technology and equipment, and mentorship that carries into their first job. It's also a real look at our culture, and a chance to build a professional network in the field.
