Kellie was raised in Billerica, Massachusetts, where she completed her high school education. She continued her studies at Newbury College in Brookline, Massachusetts, earning a degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA).

Kellie has worked as a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire for 31 years. She began her career as a staff PTA in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, later transitioning to skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers, where she held roles as both a PTA and a Rehabilitation Manager. Prior to joining Ability Allies, Kellie worked as a staff PTA for a home health company, delivering care to clients in their residences, including private homes as well as assisted or independent living facilities. Her extensive experience enables her to support clients at every stage of their rehabilitation journey. Kellie’s diverse background and adaptability enhance the Ability Allies team, allowing her to tailor care to evolving client needs and promote optimal outcomes.

One of Kellie’s goals is to ensure clients feel at ease from the moment they enter the clinic. She recognizes that it can be unsettling when individuals are unsure of what to expect during physical therapy. Her aim is to reduce fear or anxiety and create a positive experience that encourages clients to apply the techniques and strategies learned in the clinic to their everyday lives.

Kellie is committed to providing comprehensive physical therapy services to all clients. She takes pride in helping individuals achieve their goals and leave the facility in better condition. She supports a wide range of needs, including orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as general strengthening for those experiencing deconditioning, among other concerns.

It has been a valuable experience to be part of the Ability Allies team. The team members possess a wealth of expertise and bring diverse approaches to client support. I look forward to continued collaboration and learning from each of my colleagues.

In her spare time, Kellie has developed a newfound interest in plants and gardening. You may also find her at local craft fairs selling her handmade items. She and her husband enjoy traveling to explore the beauty of new areas, as well as the local food and beverage scene. Of course, spending time with family and friends is always at the top of their list.
