David Burchuk

Physical Therapist

David grew up in Vermont and attended the University of Vermont, where he completed physical therapy school. He holds a BS in Physical Therapy and has 35 years of experience in the field. He owned Lighthouse Physical Therapy for 30 years and has worked with a wide range of patient populations. He has completed extensive continuing education and is a certified IMT practitioner.
He focuses on helping patients who struggle with spinal pain and nerve injuries. Within the company, he strives to identify the underlying cause of each issue to support effective rehabilitation. He specializes in an integrative systems approach to physical therapy.

David enjoys treating back pain, ankle sprains, lower-extremity nerve injuries, shoulder problems, and neck pain. He appreciates the team approach at the clinic and describes the staff as a family that genuinely gets along.
