Amanda was born and raised in New Mexico playing soccer and competing in Olympic weightlifting. After having to rehab many injuries of her own, she pursued a career in physical therapy and graduated from Pima Medical Institute in 2018.
As a new graduate, she worked at UNMH, a level one trauma hospital, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, and a movement disorder clinic for neurological conditions.
PTA, BSPTA, LSVT Big certified clinician, and level 1 Olympic weightlifting coach. She has 7 years working in outpatient clinics, sharing 4 of those years working in a movement disorder clinic.

Amanda specializes in orthopedic rehab and treating progressive neurological conditions.
She wants to help patients return to their normal daily functions without pain and have a better quality of life.
Amanda enjoys treating movement disorders such as Parkinson’s disease, multiple sclerosis, post-stroke, traumatic brain injuries, and orthopedic conditions such as joint replacements, ligament repairs, and shoulder injuries.
She loves working here because she likes the one-on-one patient care.
When she’s not working, Mary enjoys spending time with animals, Olympic weightlifting, snowboarding, and crafting.
