Justine has 7+ years of experience in the fields of medical reception, eligibility, and patient advocacy. She attended the University of New Hampshire and has worked on the seacoast for most of her adult career!

She has previously worked in orthopedics and has experience in the fields of medical billing and reception.

Justine is the office manager at our Dover location. She helps schedule appointments, retrieve eligibility information and authorizations, and facilitate communication between patients and staff.

Justine thinks that it’s awful to see someone dealing with any kind of pain in their life. Her wish is to help our patients experience less discomfort in whatever way she can manage.

“I really enjoy being able to make a difference in a patient’s care. Anything I can do to help our patients have as smooth and pain-free experience as possible is what I find satisfying. I also as a bonus am very happy to have a lovely group of coworkers!”

When she is not working, she enjoys eating sushi and playing board games!
