Therese Ramy

Therese Ramy

Office Manager

Therese has an associate degree in Executive Science. She spent the first ten years of her life in Lebanon before immigrating to the United States with her family in 1979, fleeing the civil war. They settled in the Lawrence and Methuen, MA area, and later she moved up to Dover, NH with her husband.

For over 11 years, Therese has worked as a Medical Office Manager in a physical therapy clinic, where she handles everything from insurance benefits and authorizations to scheduling and making sure the front desk runs smoothly. She takes pride in creating a space where patients feel cared for and staff feel supported.

Core values

Unwavering trust, compassion, empathy, understanding, and a commitment to making a difference.

“Treat others the way you wish to be treated.”

Therese understands that patients often deal with insurance benefits and scheduling, as well as knowing what kind of treatment the office offers. As an Office Manager, she makes it her mission to help with those needs. She loves being part of a team, which she says makes work so much fun and efficient!

When she is not working, Therese finds joy in two very different—but equally rewarding—worlds: the warmth of a kitchen filled with the aroma of Lebanese spices, and the fast-paced rhythm of a medical office where every detail matters. When she’s not managing workflows and coordinating care, you’ll find her in her kitchen—rolling grape leaves, baking fragrant manakish, or perfecting her hummus recipe. Cooking and baking Lebanese food is more than a hobby; it’s how she stays connected to her roots and shares love with the people around her.

She also loves being part of her church family—volunteering wherever she’s needed and singing in the choir. Serving others brings her joy, and she is grateful for the chance to grow in faith, build community, and lift spirits through song.
