Core values
Compassion, integrity, and growth are the core values that guide me. I believe in showing up for others with empathy and presence, leading with honesty, and continually striving to learn—both as a clinician and a person. I’m passionate about helping people feel empowered in their bodies and lives, and I’m driven by the belief that even small steps can lead to meaningful healing.
“I want to be defined by the things that I love—not the things I hate, not the things I’m afraid of, or the things that haunt me in the middle of the night.” – Taylor Swift
