Abbie Prospero

Virtual Admin and Marketing

My name is Abigail Prospero. I grew up in the Philippines, where my passion for creativity and helping others shaped much of who I am today. I graduated from Philippine Normal University, where I earned my degree in Education and later became a licensed professional teacher. My years in teaching helped me develop strong communication, organization, and people skills, which continue to guide me in every role I take on.

After teaching for three years, I shifted into the digital world and started working as a Virtual Assistant and Executive Assistant. Since then, I’ve worked with clients in healthcare, real estate, and e-commerce, handling things like CRM systems, social media, email campaigns, digital marketing, and web design. I also love adding a creative side to my work through graphic design and video editing.

Core Values

My core values are integrity and creativity. I believe in being honest and reliable in everything I do, using creativity to find solutions and express ideas.

“When you can’t find the sunshine, be the sunshine.”

I want to help patients feel confident and at ease when beginning care, making sure they feel welcomed, supported, and understood.

I handle virtual administrative tasks and marketing to ensure the clinic runs efficiently and patients stay informed.

“I love working at Ability Allies Physical Therapy because the environment is so welcoming and uplifting. My coworkers are positive, supportive, and genuinely care about both each other and our patients. Every day, we work together to create a space where patients feel comfortable, valued, and supported from the moment they reach out. It’s incredibly rewarding to help make their experience stress-free, and to be part of a team that prioritizes kindness, collaboration, and positivity in everything we do.”

What is Abbie Watching, Reading, or Listening to?

  • Harry Potter
  • Charlie The Chocolate Factory (one of my all-time favorites)
  • Films by A24.
Outside of work, I enjoy making digital art with Photoshop and Illustrator and sometimes take on commissioned projects. Back during the pandemic, I even ran a small sushi business, which taught me a lot about marketing, customer service, and being resourceful.

I enjoy streaming video games, watching movies, going on food trips, working out at the gym, and digital illustrating!
